5.16-5.31.2011 Settling in my new apartment, started knitting a sweater, a taste of improv theater, memorial day parties, reconnecting with friends, lots of studio time...

and knitted the tenth (hand) sock of 2011.

Knitting Notes

Each month we have three choices of sock patterns to knit from, two special and a plain vanilla sock. Sometimes the choices include a "hand" sock of some sort.

For May I decided to try one of the special patterns, Fallberry Mitts by Anne Hanson, in a subtle fingering weight superwash wool, Melody by Jojoland. I love these mitts and am wearing them all over town!

I like this pattern so much I'm thinking of applying it to a pair of socks for my feet. Don't be surprised if you see it again next month!
