Love your work. Would love to take a workshop.I live in the NY area. Are you planning any workshops in this area. I called Quilting by the Lake and asked about your teaching there in 2017, the person who schedules teachers there commented that your travel costs would be relatively high as a west coaster.
I love the RGB Modern Quilt! I saw it at Quilt Con. Actually, it would be more accurate to say I visited it and REvisited it several times at Quilt Con. There was just so much to take in. And I voted for it for the people’s choice award too. You have a new fan! (:
Fantastic Cathy. Thanks for letting me know!
I wonder why you use solid colors instead of patterned or printed fabrics. I guess it makes them look more like ‘painting’ than ‘collage’ ???
Beautiful work! Love the color and the movement… :)

How could I have missed this post ?? Simply gorgeous ! Everything I like about quilting “freely” but not always so easily (curves). Beautiful artwork.
This is a fabulous collection! I had a chance to look through the whole slideshow after the class on Saturday, and it was a happy-making feast for the eyes.
Wow, wow, and double WOW. I love the designs, colors and all the curves.
very inspirational curved piecing – thanks for giving me the nudge to finish a couple of my curved pieces in progress.
I have a simple curved piecing tutorial on my blog…
let me know what you think of it!
