I bought your book and absolutely love it! It has given me a new perspective on the modern quilt and can’t wait to try my hand at it.

So cool and all so different!
Was I supposed to submit mine somewhere else to be online in this gallery, I don’t see my test quilt in this group?

Hi Cynthia, I’m sorry. I corrected the situation and it should show up in the next 24 hours in this gallery. I had moved your quilt into #10 Score for Showing Up because you combined your flying geese with curves, but I meant to include it in this gallery too. So it will also be in the Showing Up Gallery when that gets published. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Your quilt is beautiful!

165 Wows! I purchased your book Sherri, after seeing Ann (Fret Not Yourself) rave about it. I’ve been pouring over it tonight and just wanted to say that it is very exciting to see how you approach improv quilting. So very inspiring and I think you have given this chicken back her wings!

  4. Diane Woodward says:

I love every one of them.

All I can say is WOW. I would love to feel so free when quilting.

And you can! Just find the limits that support your flow. That’s what The Improv Handbook is all about – helping you set your own limits within which you will feel free to soar.
