So here are the results from yesterday’s WIP’s. Pretty impressive right? Of course some of these folks were in the studio until 1AM working on finishing their quilt tops. Each is a variation on a traditional quilt block. Can you guess which ones?
The weekend at Penland is full of activities and the studios are open 24/7. My students will be busy working on the next improv quilt score. I’ll be reporting again on Monday – with a Fourth of July surprise!











They’re all wonderful, and very distinctive–one from the other. Looks like everyone is having a great time!
That’s incredible. In the same amount of time I have not even looked at my machine. But I found a friend who is new to quilting. It’s all so inspiring!
