Patchwork Sketchbook ~ Onions

These beautiful onions came from my summer garden. I’m inspired by their layered construction.

The color I’ve been loving lately is yellow. I’ve been seeing cars in many shades of yellow! And yesterday my husband bought a yellow sweater after seeing a friend wearing one. What shades of yellow were they? The friend’s was a clear, sunny yellow, but my husband’s is a deeper, stronger shade.
I’m also very inspired by a remarkable organ concert we heard yesterday. Music has color, doesn’t it?

I can’t believe there’s no inspiration out there. Send me your links!
